At the end of each season, we will be looking to provide reviews in order to help our players progress to their full potential. This is a method which has been proven to work throughout elite centres and centre of excellences throughout the country and world wide. This is something which the Dutch and Spanish have chosen to adopt in their elite youth players, and has proven to work as they are the two strongest international teams in the world.
At the club our ethos is to promote development at all times, with the highest amount of assisstance and support. This is through our methods of coaching, our attitude towards the players and our commitment to their development.
